2. What data we collect
We collect data in two ways:
Contact form (HubSpot)
When you submit the contact form on this site, your name, email address, and message content are sent to HubSpot (a CRM platform operated by HubSpot, Inc.). This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. HubSpot may also set cookies to track form interactions. See HubSpot's privacy policy at hubspot.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with the site (pages visited, time on page, rough geographic region). This data is anonymised and aggregated. Google Analytics sets cookies to track sessions. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not collect: payment information, sensitive personal data, or data about children. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
3. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
For contact form submissions: legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, and consent where you voluntarily provide information.
For analytics: legitimate interest in understanding site usage to improve the service.
4. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained in HubSpot for as long as there is an active or prospective business relationship, or until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default), after which it is automatically deleted.
5. Third-party services
- →HubSpot - Contact form and CRM (data processed in USA)
- →Google Analytics - Site analytics (data processed in USA)
- →Vercel - Site hosting and CDN (data processed in USA)
These providers are bound by data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses where required under GDPR for transfers outside the EEA.
6. Cookies
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics and HubSpot for analytics and form tracking. These are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to use this site.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR (if applicable), you have the right to:
- →Access the personal data we hold about you
- →Request correction of inaccurate data
- →Request deletion of your data
- →Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- →Request a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
